    Lodging Options 

      Lodging Only:  The house accommodates up to 16 overnight guests and can 
           be reserved for:
                     *  $65 /person / night, Fri. - Sat. nights (10 people min.)
                     *  $55 /person / night, Sun. - Thurs. nights (4 people min.) 
                    
                       Pricing includes all applicable taxes.  The minimum stay is 2 nights.          
        Please Note:  A deposit is required to hold all bookings.  The usual deposit is $200, non-refundable, 
      but is transferable to a different date.

        Family Groups & Weddings:  Additional pricing options are available.

    Spontaneity Days:  This is a great opportunity to get away at a bargain retreat price.  
          There are two ways to take advantage of the wonderful craft room, stay the night or 
          just the day.  Available days in the upcoming few weeks are posted at a reduced rate.

  Meal Options
          Your group is welcome to use the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your
         own meals. Rockport is just a quick drive from the house, with wonderful restaurants
         for your enjoyment, as well as an HEB and a Super Wal-Mart.  

         Lunch Option:  We can order and deliver a deli meat/cheese tray, a condiments tray
         (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, olives, red/yellow peppers), breads and spreads.  We charge
         cost plus a $15 order/delivery fee.

     Please note:  The Retreat House is equipped with 2 coffee makers, electric kettle, 
     caf. and decaf. coffee, filters, sugar and creamer, and a large assortment of tea bags
     for hot tea and ice tea.  
     The kitchen is fully-equipped:  dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bowls, etc.  
     There are two dishwashers, two refrigerators, microwave, oven/range, washer and dryer.  
     Paper goods are provided.           

     Linens
            Linens and paper goods are provided. However, pillows are not, so please
          bring your own.
          Please bring your own toiletries, blow dryers, etc.  Thank you.
