Location

           The Retreat House is located in Rockport, Texas, 30 miles north of Corpus Christi along 
          the Gulf Coast.  This is a wonderful coastal community, renowned for its scenery, birding, 
          fishing and art.  We are located on 5 acres on a small lake in the interior of Live Oak
          Peninsula.  

           I provide directions to the house for all booked groups.  If you're coming to stay at 
          The Retreat House and plan to use an online map service (like Yahoo or Map Quest), 
          be aware that once you are on the peninsula you will probably be told to take FM 1781
          to get to the house.  Don't go that roundabout and confusing way.  Either use my directions,
          or use the map provided by the map service to figure out the more direct way (35 bypass!)

          To respect the privacy of groups currently enjoying their retreat, we do not publish the 
          actual address of The Retreat House and ask that you do not visit the house without 
          first contacting me.  I will be happy to give you a tour of the house should you be in
